Trust me—you really don’t know what you’re missing.

Finally, a high-ranking politician has stopped listening to the fradulent environmentalists, and started listening to good science.
So goes the article in the May 7 edition of USA TODAY, discussing why some police departments are refusing to enforce immigration laws. Police are supposed to enforce the laws, and if a person is in this country illegally, local police should not encourage more to do so by stating that they won’t enforce this law, or even cooperate with the INS.
I recently took my first trip on Amtrak—and boy, was it an eye-opener. I enjoyed much of the trip itself, getting to relax, roam about the train, code a few web pages, dine twice, and witness some fantastic scenery. But much about the trip was not pleasant, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it should be shut down and put out of its misery.
