Violation Description: Groundwater contamination from underground storage tank

COMMENTS:
Groundwater samples were obtained on 1/14/99 during upgrade activities for the underground storage tank. Results received 1/19/99 indicate groundwater is contaminated with gasoline. The cause of the contamination is undetermined at this time. The responsible party has been directed to conduct a site assessment to determine the extent of contamination. All appropriate notifications have been made
