This section is dedicated to preserving the names of bureaucratic wrong-doers, so that we may keep them from gaining positions of greater power in the future, no matter how long ago their mistakes were made.
It is also dedicated to preserving the names of public heroes;those who stand up to the establishment and fight for fairness—no matter what the consequences to their careers may be.
